11/28/2023 0 Comments 21 day fix extreme eating planI prefer the chocolate over the Cafe Latte in terms of my personal results. Sometimes I’ll add a tsp of peanut butter to get that in, or I’ll blend with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1/2 yellow because I don’t use the total allowed per the book). I usually just blend with water and a lot of ice. The weekend comes with more meal planning, grocery shopping, food prep, etc, so I tend to be more flexible with what I eat and when, whereas Monday-Friday is the same routine day after day since I work.ġ red: Chocolate Shakeology.
